Boeing Liaison Engineering Material Review Board authority since October, 1997.  Assigned to the 747 Fuselage Responsibility Center.

Duties include:
Designing repairs to fuselage structure that meet all Boeing Design Ultimate Strength, Fatigue Life, Corrosion, Aerodynamic and FAA requirements for Non-Conformances as the fuselage is assembled.
Design changes in the 747 Structure and Systems due to engineering errors and to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Liaison Engineering Focal for the 42 Section and 46 Section Areas.
