Initiated a planning system to minimize work between yearly "C" Checks. Converted 4 aircraft to one maintenance program. Reviewed airframe and engine records of 2 newly acquired aircraft to establish records. Reviewed A.D.'s, S/B's and Boeing-Grams for applicability and compliance. Established Aging Airplane S/B Modification and Corrosion Programs for the fleet. Assembled "C" Check work and Bid Packages. Wrote Work Cards and directives. Wrote and maintained computer program to record Flight Crew times and eligibility for the Operations Department.

Audited records of 5 Brazilian Aircraft prior to purchase. Trained Records Analyst that had no previous airline experience. Coordinated with Operations and Stores to preclude duplication of effort. Developed a "KEY-WORD" system to help stores audit.
