1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup wheat germ
6 tablespoons shortening
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon molasses
1/2 cup water

Mix dry ingredients well

Cut in the shortening

Add egg, molasses, and water, mix well

Knead dough lightly on floured surface.

Roll dough out to 1/2 inch and cut into shapes

Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes or until dough is firm to
the touch.
