5 pounds beef chunks or ground beef
olive oil
3 quarts chicken broth
4 cups water
4 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
3 pounds of raw veggies (you choice)
3 pounds brown rice

Brown ground beef in olive oil.

Place in 16 quart stew pot

Add water, broth, bouillon cubes, and veggies

Bring to boil

Stir in rice
-
Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Place appropriate serving sizes into freezer bags.

Use microwave to thaw and warm as needed.
