Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
 
 
1 1/2  cups whole wheat flour 
1 1/4  cups grated cheddar cheese 
1/4  cup margarine, softened 
1 clove garlic, crushed 
pinch of salt 
milk 
 
  1. Let cheese stand until it reaches room temperature. 
  2. Cream the cheese with margarine, garlic, salt and flour. 
  3. Add enough milk to form into a ball. 
  4. Chill for 1/2 hour. 
  5. Roll onto floured surface. 
  6. Cut into shapes and bake at 375 F for 15 minutes or until slightly brown, and firm.
