1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound raw liver (any type: chicken, beef,
etc)

Liquefy liver in blender

Add dry ingredients.

Drop by teaspoonfuls of mixture onto greased cookie sheet

Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in water and cornmeal.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Store in refrigerator.
