3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup corn meal
1/4 cup dry milk
1 cup vegetable leftovers from the past week
1 clove garlic
2 packages dry yeast, devolved in 1/2 cup luke warm
water
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

Add leftovers and garlic

Mix well with hands, dough will be very stiff. If needed
add water.

Roll dough out to 1/4 inch and cut into bite size
pieces

Mix egg and milk and brush onto cookies

Bake at 300 F for 45 minutes

Turn off heat, and leave in over night
