1 cup beef or chicken stock
1 cup flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup cracked wheat
1/4 cup dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon honey
cornmeal

Place all ingredients, but cornmeal in bread machine.

Run "dough cycle"

Remove dough from machine

Roll dough to 1/4" thickness.

Cut with cookie cutters or knife.

Place on baking sheets sprinkled with cornmeal.

Cover with clean kitchen towels and let rest in warm place
for 45 minutes. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes.

Turn off heat and leave in oven over night
