Butterscotch Pralines
makes about 36

1 boxbutterscotch pudding mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
 

  1. Place all ingedrents in large sauce pan (expect for pecans)
  2. Mix well, bring to boil
  3. Stirring  occosional, cook to tempature reaches 234o F
  4. Add pecans
  5. Beat vigorously until mixture is creamy and starts to thicken
  6. Quickly drop by teaspoon on to wax paper.
