Chocolate Fudge
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix sugar and evaporated milk.

Cover and microwave 4 - 5 minutes, until boiling, stirring
once or twice

Cover again and microwave on medium (50%) power 4 - 6
minutes, until mixture reaches a soft-ball stage 235o - 240o
F

Add butter, chocolate, nuts and vanilla.

Stir until blended.

Pour into a buttered 8" square dish.

Let cool, then cut into small squares.
