3/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon flavoring (lemon, cherry, what ever you wish)
confectioner's sugar for dusting
Hard candy requires a special type of mold. The not
so cheap candy molds sold in most stores can't handle the temperature and
will melt!
However there is an online company Get Suckered, Inc. that carries a wide variety of molds along with flavorings and other extras. |
