Brandied Fruit
             

            1 15 oz. can chunky pineapple, drained
            1 16 oz can sliced peaches, drained
            1 jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
            1 1/4 cup sugar
            1 1/4 cup brandy
             

            1. Combine all ingredients into a non metal container.
            2. Cover, and let stand for 3 weeks, stirring twice a week
            3. Place in one cup non metal containers for gifts with the following instructions:

            4. "Every 1 to 3 weeks you may add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup fruit (alternating pineapple, peaches, and cherries).
              Serve over vanilla ice cream or pound cake"
