1 cup soft butter
1/3 cup cream
2 cups flour

1. Mix butter, cream, and flour.
2. Chill at least 1 hour
3. Roll 1/8 inch thick.
4. Cut into 1 1/2 rounds.
5. Place on waxed paper with a lots of sugar, covering both sides.
6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Prick in about 4 places with fork.
8. Bake until slightly puffy, but not brown.
9. Let cool.

1/4 cup soft butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
couple drops food coloring

1. Mix all above.
2. Sandwich cookies with cream
