Pumpkin Custard
1 3/4 cups milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
nutmeg
whipped cream
  1. Combine all ingredients except for nutmeg & whipped cream in microwave safe bowl.
  2. Mix well
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg
  4. Microwave at half power for 18 to 20 minutes
  5. Garnish with whipped cream
