Pumpkin Pie

1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups half & half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

     
     
    1. Combine pumpkin and sugar in large bowl, mix well
    2. Stir in spices
    3. Add eggs, mix well
    4. Gradually stir in half & half and vanilla, mix well
    5. Pour into pie shell.
    6. Bake at 400o F for 40-45 minutes.
