Pumpkin Bread

3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1./2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 cups sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 lb can pumpkin
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
 

1. Mix flour, soda, salt, and spices in medium bowl
2. Mix sugars and oil in large bowl
3. Add eggs and water to sugar mixture
4. Stir in flour mixture
5. Stir until smooth
6. Stir in nuts and raisins
7. Spoon batter into well greased and floured 16 oz cans (fill 3/4 full)
8. Place cans on baking sheet, and bake at 350o for 50 to 55 minutes
9. Allow to cool on wire rack for 10 minute
10. Remove bread from cans.
