Pumpkin Cheesecake

1 9" graham cracker pie crust
16 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 can canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
dash of  ground cloves & ground nutmeg
 

1. Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla.
2. Add eggs, mix well
3. Remove 1 cup of batter, pour into pie crust
4. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon and cloves
5. Pour into pie crust
6. Bake at 350o for about 40 minutes, until center is set.
7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate over night
8. Garnish with whipped cream and halloween candies.
