Egg Carton Spider

Cardboard egg carton
Black pipe cleaners
Black tempera paint
Red construction paper
Glue
 

Paint the cup sections of the egg carton.
Cut each egg cup apart. 
Push pipe cleaner legs into egg cup and bend to shape legs. 
Cut eyes out of paper and glue on for eyes.

Tissue paper
Cotton ball
Rubber band
Ribbon
 

Place tissue paper over a cotton ball.
Gently and loosely wrap rubberband around tissue, below cotton ball
Draw eyes on with marker. 
Tie a ribbon over rubberband to make a tie. 
Place finger through rubber band

Orange and Black construction paper
 

Cut orange and black strips of paper, three inches long and one-half inch wide. Form a circle with one strip and glue, tape, or staple ends. 
Take next strip and loop it through first circle, and secure ends.
Continue on making as long as you like, alternating colors.

Cheap eye masks, from the local discount store.
And stuff to glue on like glitter, sequins, feathers, buttons, dried beans, or even rice.
 

Mix supplies and kids, and watch some of the greatest masks ever made, come to life.

White table cloth (paper will work, but cloth will give you something to show them or the grand kids when they grow-up.)

Paint and or Markers
 

Let kids decorate with sponges using fabric paint, or acrylic paint, and markers. Depending on age you may with to give the stencils to help or trace some basic outlines for them. Let dry, iron to set colors.

Buy some cheap dog bone shaped biscuits, spray paint white. Hang from a clothes hanger with fishing line.

Make your own black pom poms, or cheat and buy some at the local craft store.

These guys can stand on their own, or be hung by fishing line.
 

Cut pipe cleans to the length to make a pair of legs. Bend in to shape, and glue to pom pom.

Have kids cut out ghosts from white paper, hang with fishing line
